BACKSTAGE IMMERSIONS

This year, Printemps des Arts de Monte-Carlo repeats the concept of backstage immersions. Musicologist and mediator Tristan Labouret guides participants backstage, providing them with a few insights into the upcoming show: an exclusive, privileged opportunity to ask any questions you may have, before enjoying the concert with ears wide open!

SATURDAY 22 MARCH – 2:00 PM
Auditorium Rainier III
Attend the start of a rehearsal by pianist François-Frédéric Guy and the BBC Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Pascal Rophé. This work time is preceded by an introduction by musicologist Tristan Labouret and followed by a discussion with him, to find out all about the artists’ preparations.

WEDNESDAY 26 MARCH – 3:00 PM  
Théâtre National de Nice, Salle des Franciscains
Attend the Ensemble Orchestral Contemporain’s dress rehearsal of Pierre Boulez’s Dérive 2, conducted and commented by Bruno Mantovani.
