Le voyage de Noah
A musical show from age 4,
written by Calypso Michelet

Marion Fontana, reciter
Emma Bertin, illustrator
Quintette Altra
Raphaëlle Rubellin, flute
Clarisse Moreau, oboe
Louise Marcillat, clarinet
Hugues Anselmo, bassoon
Rémi Gormand, horn

This musical tale follows in the steps of little Noah as he sets off in pursuit of Santa Claus. His playful adventure along a range of music from Rossini to Ligeti invites children to dream and  learn together with the five wind instruments of Quintette Altra, reciter Marion Fontana, and Emma Bertin’s shimmering illustrations.

Young and old are swept along a discovery journey of evocative music from various European countries. Children will follow little Noah’s adventures by listening to original or transcribed works for wind quintet. They will thus learn to recognise the different instruments (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, horn) hiding among Emma Bertin’s shimmering illustrations. A story for wide open eyes and ears!

Works by Jacques Ibert, Edvard Grieg, Béla Bartók, György Ligeti, Gioachino Rossini, Georges Bizet and Ferenc Farkas.
